Step 1. Fill Out Application Forms

 

If you plan to join as a REALTOR and/or MLS Member, you need to download and complete the following form: 

 

 Affiliate Membership

If you plan to join as an Affiliate Member, you need to download and complete the following form:


Step 2. Pay by Credit Card


If you pay your membership dues by credit card such as American Express, Visa, Discover, or Master Card, then download and fill out the form by clicking the 
Credit Card Authorization Form


Step 3
. Save and Send the REALTOR®, MLS Only, or Affiliate Application along with the Check or the Credit Card Authorization Form (if any) to:

NOTE TO ALL APPLICANTS - A copy of your California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) License (Salesperson or Broker) MUST accompany your Application for Membership.
