If you are a Broker* wanting to joining MLS Only, you need to download and fill out the following form by clicking

Step 2. Paid by Credit Card
|
If you pay your membership dues by credit card such as American Express, Visa, Discover, or Master Card, then download and fill out the form by clicking the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Step 3. Save and Send the REALTOR®, MLS Only, or Affiliate Application along with the Check or the Credit Card Authorization Form (if any) to:

NOTE TO ALL APPLICATIONS - A copy of your Department of Real Estate (DRE) License (Salesperson or Broker) MUST accompany with your Application for Membership.
*Special Instructions for Brokers*: Application for Membership must be signed on page #2 by the Designated Broker.
