Albert Tran joined the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) eleven years ago as the Director of Training and Technology Services. At that time, he worked closely with the local associations in California to promote and sell the WINForms® Desktop, WINForms Online®, zipForm® 6, and relay®, Digital Signatures software products.
